I will say that the staff was nice upon check in and check out. And the location was good for our purposes. The room was large and had all of the features you would expect. But that is about as far as it goes when saying positive things about our stay.
We booked online ahead of time using a hotel aggregate website. We only stayed one night. I will say that while I usually get great prices online... we had paid $57 online after discounts, but the tariff card on the front desk of the hotel was $16 less than what we paid. But from what we saw online, this looked to be the best hotel in town. It still might be the best, but it is the only one I visited.
So here are the things that made me give this hotel a poor review.
1) My bathroom was not clean. There were dirty towels still in the room. I told the front desk and they fixed it quickly, but the room should be clean upon arrival.
2) They did not provide free drinking water. This is standard in almost all Indian hotels and should be provided as the tap water isn't safe to drink. They did only charge Rs. 33 for a bottle delivered to my room, less than $1.
3) The wi-fi was unusually slow and I could not keep a stable connection. I do not know if this is a regular problem or just on the night that I was there.
4) I had a king room with a king bed, but the sheets were not king sheets. It looked as if they had used multiple smaller sheets in combination to cover the bed. They were clean, but it was still odd.
All that being said, the prices weren't bad and I have stayed in hotels that are far worse. I would stay there again because I don;t know of a better hotel in the area.
