I booked this hotel over phone(just one day in advance -single bed non-AC). They charged me Rs 623 for a day. I checked in at 10:00 am in the morning and checked out 8:30 pm on the same day. The room was clean but the commode seat was broken. Shower was not working properly and drainage of bathroom was not good. The room service was equally bad. I called up for room service. The person on the other side of the phone answered and explained that he will call back in 2 min but the call never came back. The towels provided were also not clean. So carry your own towel. However it is cheap compared to other hotels. Do not expect much courtesy from the reception guys.

good saree shop opposite to the hotel - good quality and reliable sarees even though the shop was small but the representative was good enough to get the saree to us before the shop is opened

We stayed in hotel plaza inn varanasi during dec 2008 and it is a family atmosphere.

The rooms are neat and clean and room service is very good.

do not have internet facilities but a cyber cafe is adjacent to the hotel.
