It was during July 2009, that we went to Varanasi for leisure activities.. We were 4 friends and had booked this hotel in advance through a friend who happens to be from Varanasi itself..
The hotel has a good empty space in the front for parking cars and taxies, and for a evening stroll if u want.. The rooms are spacious..and the environment around is good.. The best part is that it is v.near to the station and hence apt for those travelling by rail..
It was a satisfactory experience, although I feel that the Managers and supporting staff could be a bit more friendly and considerate.

I had a stay for 3 days and 2 nights at Hotel Malti, Varanasi with my wife and son. The hotel was moderately good. The lounge was enough spacious. The reception desk was very helpful in any need e.g booking a car for the sightseeing. The staffs were decent but some were not that clean. The room was very very spacious. But the toilet/bathroom had some sort of drainage problem. We were not very satisfied with the cleanliness. In our absence the room was cleaned but our luggages and cloths were not kept as we kept them, rather were left scattered. The room service was average. Overall it was good but not as good as we expected.
