I had to stay there for emergency only as my flight got cancelled and no other hotel were available. Its location was okay..it was near residential area so good quite...had a good sleep. The breafast was terrible....and had few shocks at reception, when went to pay our bill.

I went to Lucknow with my family and small kid. I heard about this hotel much but actually it was not as much.

Good points -
1. Excellent in regard of location - very near to shopping place, tour place and evening walk.
2. Very clean not only your room but all the places.
3. Tasty food.
4. Room service.

Area of improvements -
1. Travel desk - Very bad management
2. Dealing at Reception does not seem to be professional.

The hotel is well maintained & clean. Reception is small but has efficient front desk executives. They always ask you about your experience of the hotel & if you have any problem or not.
Lift is small but always working.
I had been upgraded to superior room & thus can comment on this room only. Has specious bathroom with bath tub, curtain, and all required toiletries.
Sofa sets, chair, table TV with cable, mini fridge with cold drinks & other drinks.
I liked the breakfast. There were a lot of varieties in the breakfast menu. The hotel has a roof top restaurant.
In the crowded & old city like Lucknow, this hotel is of course a modern place .

This is a very nice property in the heart of Lucknow but it is not well managed.The reservation department has no clue what is happening and the staff at the front desk r not efficient.
I stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights.The room was very comfortable but the AC did not work on the second night.The bathroom was OK but a commode hand shower would have been welcome.
Breakfast buffet was good.The hotel staff were always helpful and polite.
Hotel has little control over the taxis provided by them. The rates were exorbitant.
Overall I had a pleasant stay.
