We were only here for 1 night but after a post-apocalyptic Delhi hotel experience, this hotel delivered on a quiet full night of sleep in a clean room. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but water pressure and temperature were fine. The breakast buffet was expansive and contained both Western and Indian options, including an omelette bar, which was much appreciated. The hotel is also across the street from a mall, which had a number of food options, which was nice. I'm not sure I'd want to stay here more than 1-2 nights, but the hotel delivered on what I was looking for.

skipped this one if you can. Cockcroaches in my room. Food was poor, service average..not helpful. We got stucked in the elevator..none of the button worked...finally able to open it ourselves. Lots of school children, no consideration given to hotel tourist even requested has made!!. Found a dea bird by the pool, not that I dying to jump in, but just happened to walk by. If the hotel were rated as 4 star...shame on them..it should be 2 star.

Trying to travel around staying in medium to upper priced hotels, we came across quite a few of the 'Nice Lobby' type, where the hotel looks fine on arrival but is actually of poor quality.

The staff were average but were often unable or unwilling to help (eg printing boarding passes was possible but I had to ask several times, ran out of city maps, nice looking bar but can't even get a basic fruit juice as they ran out too).

Breakfast might be okay if you're eating at 7.00am, but since the food sits around for the rest of the morning or until the next day (we stayed two nights and the nice looking cake at breakfast on day 1 was clearly the same one sitting around on day 2) it ranged from just about acceptable to inedible.

As in everywhere else in agra, it's near a noisy main road, so nothing you can do about that, but this has the added bonus of being 50m from a wedding venue (10pm start both nights - bring good earplugs). If you wanted to I'm sure you could pop in and take part in the local culture.

Room was clean but depressing.

The hotel is good, very nice design, good swimming pool, the room was good and clean.
The breakfast was an indian breakfast, as I hate indian food, I didn't like it. But at least the breakfast was better then other Indian hotels i have already stayed.
I was ina bad luck during this trip, the AC was not working properly, at 3AM I called the reception and they tried to solve the problem, as they were not able to solve it, They offered me another room, I moved and for my surprise the AC was not working also.
The problem in most of the hotels in India is that the AC is a Central AC, then you cannot do too much to increase or decrease the temperature.
The hotel is average, nothing that will surprise you positively speaking. I have been there once, but i really don't know if i would stay there again.
