As a US resident, I found this to be a rip off. First of all, you cant see the Taj Mahal from the restaurant. On a clear day, perhaps you can see the tip of it, but barely since there are several buildings and pollution in the way.

This hotel is a terrible location. There is nothing else around it. No shops, restaurants etc. Once you are here, you are stuck here. Further, we were told that we could not leave the hotel in the evenings as the area is unsafe.

Further, due to how far it is from the city center, we always hit a lot of traffic getting to/from the hotel.

The rooms itself were average. Bathrooms appeared to be unclean!

The food at the restaurant was okay at best. I have had better Indian food at restaurants in NYC.

1) Nice hotel with excellent location.
2) Hardly one km from Taj Mahal and infact you can view Taj from the roof top restraunt.
3) They have revolving roof top restraunt very unique...
4) Tariff is bit on higher side...
5) Food quality is really good though the service needs some more improvement basically they need to be more professional.

I think the important thing to remember is you are in India & They use the washroom in the streets, They are not honest about pricing. The hotel was nice & we at in the restaurant upstairs but I would never go back even if it was free. If you have to go spend the extra money & get a well gated hotel with lots of security. Hot water we could not find on our whole trip. The workers in the hotels were great but outside it was scary, our car was hit 3 times by other cars & we hit one. We were stopped by the police who are all corrupt & tried to get money from us. The attractions were nice but you get GOUGED.

It's a one night stay but a very pleasant one. after a 4 hour drive from delhi, the sight of the hotel itself is a life saver. small but modern, it is clean, shiny, and new.

Staff were very polite and helpful. the room is nicely spaced out, though a bit dusty, it is generally clean. Do not expect squeky sparkling clean interiors like you would find in western hotels, but for indian 3star standards, this is heavenly.

Location is perfect too, very near to the eastern gate of taj mahal, this hotel serves its purpose well.
