Hard to fault in any way. Beautiful fountain approach, lovely gardens and pool. Clear views towards the Taj Mahal half a mile or so away. Great Indian restaurant. Good breakfast. Lovely room with balcony.

Food was great, rooms were superb, staff is tremendous. You won't be disappointed.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. In particular, the manager went "above and beyond" in helping us with some unusual requests. Room was excellent, including bathroom and amenities. If only they could get the WiFi working!!! They tried, even gave us some free hours, but more often than not the connection dropped. Also, for a hotel of this quality, WiFi should be complimentary. Otherwise a truly outstanding experience.

This was probably the worst hotel I stayed at during my India trip. Compared to the Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur, this was not close as good as the other one.

I do agree that the view is nice once the sky was clear. It was a very foggy period when we were there so we couldn't see Taj Mahal from our windows before afternoon.

The rooms were okay. Clean and spacious, but otherwise I was not very satisfied.
We went for dinner and the whole dining took us a good 3 hours. The service was slow and clumsy. For example, the waiter dropped all the plates he was going to pick up from the table behind us. They also dropped the forks when they picked up the plates from the table next to us. But even better, my brother had ordered coca cola, and when the waiter was about to pour it in his glass he was looking somewhere else and pured everyithing on the table. So yeah, the service was so so...However, they were friendly though.
Might be that they had a bad day and it was also quite a busy night.

All in all, I've stayed at way better hotels during my trip.
