hotel rooms are very dirty and rats are wondering in room.hotel owner missbehave with us.

Very Bad & fraud owner... - ‎Owner & his son had very bad attitude... They will cheat you & ur family. No hospitality in hotel with cheating staff members. Don't book this hotel you will land up with great problems...

I attracted through veiwng the web site and I boocked 6 A/C rooms for three days. All these three days no A/C worked and we felt like lived in thar disert

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Rose Homestay after booking on the internet. Agra has a reputation for questionable accomodation........so we weren't expecting much. What a suprise to find such a great place. As agreed they collected us(no charge) from the railway station which is about 3minutes away. The room was nice, very clean and tidy. We had A/C, lots of hot water plus television. All for Rp650!! The owner Amit was very hospitable and semed a thoroughly nice guy. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the downstairs restraunt, plus the owner will arrange beers if required.
Furthermore the owner arranged his driver Jamail to take us on a full day tour of Agra, showing us all the sights and places of interest. Certainly better than trying to do it on your own. This for only Rp650, which we thought incredible value for the out of the way places we ended up seeing.

Not sure if some of the reviews below stayed at the same hotel???......we certainly thought it great and would recommend it to others. The hotel is not in the "heart" of activities, yet only 10mins in auto rickshaw from the Taj. It is very handy to Agra Cant station. So for a day or two on a budget this is a winner!
