I stayed at this hotel for 1 night in Sep 2011 with family in a double a/c room. The room was OK but the bathroom could have been maintained better. The room had a window A/C fitted which was giving some noise during the night which did disturb the sleep to some extent. However what impressed me was the response email sent by the hotel manager in response to my comments on the feedback form which I submitted whilst vacating the hotel. They are definitely caring to improve their services to the customers.
The hotel is just opp to the railway station which avoids the need to look for an auto to commute from the rly station to the hotel. The restaurant in the ground floor is also good.
