We were unfortunate enough to have chosen Tiger Villa for 2 nights. Dreadful service, far too expensive and not worth It. We had booked 2 luxury rooms for our family. Our 2 children bedroom was the size of a shoe box. When we complained, they offered a room one floor down for our children aged 10 and 12 that we declined. They did move them to the right room the following night. At this time of year, it is really cold with absolutely no heating at all in the hotel. We had to sleep with jumpers on. The reception staff is appalling. We had to present our passport 3 times, apparently, their photocopier was out of work, complete waste of time, they were also implying the visas were not correct, we had to show them the dates. We got so fed up with them we asked if it was a police station!!
We had the worst meal of our entire trip to India in that hotel, very poor choice. Our advice, avoid that hotel, there are plenty more around. We had a fantastic meal at the Nahargarh hotel. Now, that's the place to go. It made us really upset to leave that gorgeous hotel after a sumptuous meal and go back to our dreadful hotel!
