Recently we have visited Hotel Priya, Jaisalmer. Clean and specious star category rooms with very affordable price were eye catching ! Hotel Staff and Mr. Bhatia are very co operative. We have also enjoyed Priya desert Safari and was amazing !! Special care from Hotel Priya made our holidays sweet and memorable. I strongly recommend Hotel Priya to everybody who ever visit Jaisalmer.

Our trip to Jaisalmer was made memorable by the staff at Hotel Priya (Mr Mayank and Mr Alam in particular), who went all out to make us feel at home. The advise provided regarding the local sight seeing was really handy. Further, the quality of food is very good and except for one meal, we preferred eating in the hotel itself. The packed dinner was also provided on request. The quality of the food and the packing was wonderful.
The warmth of the staff is something not seen in other hotels around the country.

We spend some days in this place and it was pretty nice. Very friendly staff, good food at the terrace restaurant, good and big room and a quiet location in the heart of Jaisalmer.
The provide full free wi fi internet access in all the building what is very unusual in this city.

We stayed in Hotel Priya, Jaisalmer during our 2-night trip to the golden city during Oct. 09-10, 2011. They have arranged for pick-up and drop-off in A/C car, one night stay in a tent in the desert with food, camel ride and a cultural performance in the evening. The second night stay was in the Hotel Priya itself - the complete deal for 3 adults and 1 child for 2 nights and 3 days was for Rs. 6,000/-.
The hotel was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. However, I would like to mention two incidents that inspired me to write this review: we reached Jaisalmer around 01:30 pm as our train was late. We were supposed to head for the stay in desert immediately after our lunch. However, by the time we reached Jaisalmer, the journey through the desrt left us exhausted. We were dusty and thirsty!!! Roop Singh, the driver greeted us with a placard in hand and a broad smile in his face. On arrival we were offered a complementary stay in a room in the hotel. The room was small, but clean and good enough to be a transit place for a couple of hours rest following bath in the attached bathroom. This was not included in our package and was a pleasant welcome gift for us on our arrival.
The second incidence was related to a committed facility. Hotel Priya was to provide us a complementary breakfast before we check out on day 3. The expected check-out time was around 10:00 a.m. However, we made some last minute changes in our travel plan and decided to leave by 5:30 a.m. We informed the hotel about this at bed-time on day 2. Believe it, our bed-tea was served at 04:30 a.m. Eventually, when we left the hotel at 05:15 a.m., they handed over freshly cooked "Alu-Parantha" and other items - our packed breakfast. They have kept their promises against our odd travel plan.
I would always remember the warmth that we experienced in Hotel Priya, Jaisalmer.
