I was not happy with the location as it was in the middle of almost nowhere and not close to any other restaurants, stores etc. The room was fine nothing to complain about and the service was good. The most disappointing thing was that there is a banquet hall on the 5th floor and on both days of my stay there were weddings due to which the lobby was busy and elevators were full at all times and it was a task getting put to the rooms. There is a mall connected to the hotel so hotel rooms are located only on the 7th & 8th floor for now. The breakfast served had a lot of items but not appetizing at all. I will never return to this place for sure.

This time i choose to stay in Fortune Klassik Ludhiana & found it one of the best hotels in Ludhiana.

Positives

This is located on the main road and is accessible from Highway connecting Delhi as well as Station.
Gym is good & the instructor is also very helpful.
On the food side, there is variety to choose from & quality wise it is also good.


Negatives

Need to improve upon the people quality at the reception counter as they need some more grooming.
There is nothing in the vicinity to roam around & the area nearby is not so good.

This hotel is good place to stay also best value for money . The food quality , service , gym are all maintained well and nice . The response from the reception and booking are very poor during and after booking . Else this is a nice pleasant stay experience with this hotel

Great hotel for business stays in Ludhiana. One of the best Fortune hotels. The most conveniently located hotel. The gym is small but neat. There is also a swimming pool with a decent patronage. The breakfast and dinner buffet meal spread is interesting.
