“Disgusting...... Unreliable”
Had call the hotel 10 days before for room booking on 21st Jan. A staff named Himashu confirmed the booking and asked me to send a SMS confirming the booking, which i did. One day before my trip I called the hotel to reconfirm the booking, at that time the lady at the reception told me that the room was not booked. On further talking and arguing she said her Manager Nitin would come in afternoon and get in touch with me. Nitin never called when I called him twice during the day he said that the room was booked but as there was over booking he will confirm back to me in the evening. As expected he didn't call back, when I called he said that room was not available due to over booking, he said he would arrange room in some other Hotel.He didn’t allow me to talk to the owner as well. He was not even feeling sorry for the mess. This has happened for the second time with me at Sapna.I don’t understand the approach itself, I had not forced Himashu to accept the booking at the first place, then why over booking and false confirmations were given. We wanted to stay at Sapna hence we did advance booking. There are many hotels in Pune and also in the Deccan area, we don’t need a favor from Nitin for this. I will not recommend this place to anyone as they can spoil your holiday plans.

Firstly my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you by our team. Although it is purely unintentional , but damage has been caused and im sorry for that. Do trust me that we are surely not operating the business to cause inconvenience to our guests or have unhappy guests.. Who in their right mind would? No one..But sometimes things do go wrong and we have no control over the situation. I understand your irritation and i would have felt the same.I do believe that we had made alternate reservations for you in hotel swan inn and you had spoken to vijay chavan and confirmed that you would reach there by 3. I guess you didnt choose to go there. Also you had booked earlier for 14th jan and the postponed the same to the 21st. In your case the reason for being unable to give you a room for the new date was simply ' A GROUP OVERSTAYING' beyond their promised check out date. Now in such a case i couldn't ask the guests to leave the hotel. I had to succumb to their request of staying another night due to their own change in plans. It sent my own booking schedule haywire not only for you but for a few other guests also. In both cases either guest would have been unhappy. I am sorry you had to go through this. I do take feedbacks seriously and i have provided my contact email in the website and at the front desk also. I cannot ask you to understand our situation , but i can ask you to give us another chance. I promise to make it right. Hope you can do that.
