We have now stayed at Oakwood Residence a couple of times

Simply put - Just brilliant .........The apartments are nice, roomy, clean and the staff is very helpful.............Nice & quiet location to compliment

The quality of breakfast could be improved though....

I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood Naylor Road Pune, even more than in the Premier. Mostly because of great statt. Always friendly and very welcoming. And at the same time everybody was very professional. Gym and pool were nice as well.

I stay since September 2011, and quite comfortable with your hotel.
Unfortunately, there is slight reduction of house keeping service quality such as forget the supply of bottle of water, newspaper, change bath towel, not maintain laundry bag.
The front desk and house keeping people are responding very well when I ask these small troubles and also the troubles are not happened often.
You may think about to improve house keeping check list contents or systems.

As my tilte suggests after a long day at work it was pleasure to be back at the room. From outdoor swimming pool to the fitness center, you will find it easy to recharge your mind.
