we had a one night stay and two day conference here. Things about this place were just a bit odd and awkward. Check in was slow and confusing, breakfasts were poorly laid out with odd choices, the room was not as clean as it could be and the conference venue was outdated and tired.

the location is a bit wierd. it is obvously in a new development area on the edge of town and they are still constructing roads etc, but all in all it wasnt a very memorable stay.

A leaking overhead Aircondionter in the corridor caused wet floor. I informed the manager on duty of the hazard . Inspite of my warnings; No Caution signs were displayed. Later in the same evening My 7 year old son slipped and bruised his leg at the same spot. When I complained to the manager, I only recieved a rude response. Subsequently the vindictive staff providd an extremely poor service, it took the 2 hours to deliver service and the room was not cleaned. At check-out time the staff claimed to be too busy to help us with our luggage. The Staff in incompetent and rude and the management is careless and irresponsible.

Beautiful property with fantastic architecture that will transport you to another civilisation. gardens and walk ways. went there for a weekend getaway and was worth the experience. The property is all about the peace and serenity and the gardens and the walkways, which give it a diff charm altogether! clubbed with a club house. the rooms are fantastic too - neat and clean with good bathroom facilities. they have 3 restaurants and the service and food quality and the choice if beer is awesome! the spa is also to speak about. overall, a fantastic getaway with family / friends. makes every penny worth!

Beautiful architecture - transform you to another civilization, very good rooms and service. Nice place to stay. Pool side restaurant is refreshing, serves good food. Resort is good for small gathering also.
