This hotel is located near the airport and offers rooms at very reasonable rates to corporate clients. But my experience was marred by the poor food quality at their only restaurant. I tried the daily breakfast, in-room dining and dinner buffet. At all times, I was disappointed at the food. It was served cold and not per my specifications. I asked the paneer makhanwala to be spicy but found it was very sweet. The food at dinner buffet wasnt appetizing at all. I saw a string of ants raiding one of the condiment bowls and had to ask the staff to address the issue while they stood nearby without notice. I tried the only walkable restaurant nearby which too was average

The room would have been nice and comfortable except that I had a giant pillar right in the middle. I was afraid of walking around the room at night for fear of hurting myself. The reception obviously was not able to change my room claiming they were full.

I would advise travelers who stay here to have a car handy and drive to a restaurant for meals

I have stayed at the Fortune Inn earlier too and what has impressed me the most is its consistently good quality. The staff at the reception are uniformly good with full clarity about the reservation and wasting no time in completing the formalities.

I have also found it interesting that I found a smiling manager always around to greet you and say a few nice things.

The rooms have always been spotlessly clean and well provided for. I have never found anything out of place and any inconvenience that can prove to be irritating.

The food at the restaurant is a good spread with excellent choice of items. Breakfast, particularly is strongly recommended.

All in all, a great place to stay.

Had been to pune on a Business trip. The stay at this hotel was pleasant except that i got a room where the A/c was not in a good place. The food was exceptionally good , the chef himself was recommending the food for breakfast. Facility to travel from The hotel was not nice, the Auto wallas were nnot available , Buses connectivity was less.
Overall the stay was nice.

The Hotel looks small from Outside during Day time. I have stayed in this Hotel for 7 nights, it was a good experience. The Staff are very Friendly and take good care of their guest. The Hotel beats its competitor in terms of its Food and service Quality. I have stayed in couple of other Hotels like Radisson, Esitq and IBIS. I found the Hotel far beyond its competition. The hotel is Priced economically and offers good value for money.
I would prefer this Hotel for Long Stayer and Business traveller who needs good Rooma and Good breakfast to start his day. The Rooms are Sound Proff and offers sound Sleep.

The Hotel does not look like ITC from outside, but once you step inside the Hotel, the Hospitality and Quality of food makes you feel like staying with good 5 Star Hotel.
