One late afternoon, we made a quick decision to visit Pune and booked flight tickets for the same. The flight would land at Pune around 11:20PM and we were new to the city.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport, at reasonable cost and one that provides a pick-up facility from the airport. A quick glance at tripadvisor lead us to booking this hotel online (which came with a 10% discount). The hotel provided a free pick-up service from the airport as well.
It was the correct decision to stay in this wonderful little hotel, tucked away from the blaring traffic of Nagar Road, yet close to it.
The room was very well furnished and came with a study desk as well. The loo and linens were clean.
The only thing that I feel pointing out was the size and orientation of the loo. It was a bit cramped and ingress/egress with a child in tow was a little bothersome.

The restaurant on the ground floor had a wide variety for the complementary breakfast, but we were a bit late. But the staff served us fresh from the kitchen whatever we required. We were impressed.
Lunch was a bit pricey, given the quantity served but the taste was good.

We would give a thumbs up to this place and definitely like to stay here for a longer duration next time we visit Pune.

After a substantial gap in time, I landed up in Fortune Inn, Pune. Stayed for 2 nights and found that the hotel has maintained the high standards that it has set itself.

The clinical cleanliness of the rooms is very admirable and the personal attention paid by the staff makes you feel at home. A lot of thought has gone into provision of facilities - making the small hotel a preferred destination.

The buffet breakfast has excellent choice with fresh idlis and dosas (not to mention the excellent onlettes) and a variety of other items. The staff are very courteous and make the dining experience a very pleasant one.

All in all, a nice experience that makes you think of no other hotel when you are in Pune.

Pune is a place where invariably my airport pick up does not arrive. I think this has something to do with the constantly changing flight schedules to the town but I would have expected the hotel staff to be proactive enough to check this up.

As you must have guessed by now my experience of this place in Pune was not one of the best.

Although the Hotel is superb (Fortune Class), the staff is (for want of a better word) dumb. The refuse to be curious and insist on a point of view that proves beyond doubt that they are not fit to be in the hospitality business.

Location wise the hotel is very close to the Pune Airport and as I said before the Hotel in terms of the rooms and the other facilities the Jukaso Inn confirms very strictly to the Fortune standards of the ITC chain.

I sincerely hope they get better staff in the future.

This hotel is located near the airport and offers rooms at very reasonable rates to corporate clients. But my experience was marred by the poor food quality at their only restaurant. I tried the daily breakfast, in-room dining and dinner buffet. At all times, I was disappointed at the food. It was served cold and not per my specifications. I asked the paneer makhanwala to be spicy but found it was very sweet. The food at dinner buffet wasnt appetizing at all. I saw a string of ants raiding one of the condiment bowls and had to ask the staff to address the issue while they stood nearby without notice. I tried the only walkable restaurant nearby which too was average

The room would have been nice and comfortable except that I had a giant pillar right in the middle. I was afraid of walking around the room at night for fear of hurting myself. The reception obviously was not able to change my room claiming they were full.

I would advise travelers who stay here to have a car handy and drive to a restaurant for meals
