My wife and I had chosen to stay at this hotel on 14th July, 2011 as we had to board train to Kanyakumari early next morning. It was a standard AC room (charge 1000/- per night). The bed sheets were stained. So we asked the housekeeping to change it. A lady came with a lot of bedsheets and within few minutes she herself felt embarrassed as all of them were either stained or torn ! Anyway, we ignored it as we were to stay there just for a night. And that was the Real experience! At midnight we woke up with itching all over the body and to our horror found that hundreds of bedbugs were coming out of the mattress! We called the staff immediately. They changed the room to a "deluxe" type and they did not forget to mention that we were getting it at a "discounted" price. Really how "lucky" we are!!! It was a bitter experience in our Kerala trip. God knows how He lives in his "own country" !!

Pls check windows when you stay in this hotel. A burglar came around midnight, slid the window and was trying to lift the goods. Lucky, I woke up and shouted. The burglar left empty handed.

Dirty stained sheets, broken toilet. Creepy crawlies, no water........bad experience. Avoid at all cost.
