You cannot go wrong with this very special establishment that Sarah has put her all into setting up. She has done a fantastic job and is deeply rooted with the local community who have benefitted greatly also. Plenty of smiley faces around as a consequence. The Ayurvedic treatments are wonderful. Do go!

I spent 10 days at Amruthamgamaya. I was looked after so well and made to feel completely part of an extended Indian family. The yoga was lovely, very spiritual with local residents taking part and in a beautiful open sided hall. I was surrounded by love for the whole trip. The treatments were incredible. The food was amazing mostly vegetarian and absolutely delicious and eaten in a roof top dining room with views over the trees. Lovely staff and wonderful service. Highly recommended.
