My fiance and I stayed at the Pimenta for the 3 night cooking holiday during the first week of Jan 2012. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a tasty glass of fresh pineapple juice and a friendly chat with our host Jacob. As we talked and got the tour of the gardens we quickly realized this was going to be the highlight of our trip to India. Jacob is a friendly and knowledgeable man that made our stay even better than we expected. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen learning the secrets of the Indian kitchen and most of all eating our creations. Every day we would go out for a ride to nearby markets, towns and general site seeing. Our entire experience at the Pimenta was 100% all around. I would highly recommend a visit to this place for anyone even slightly fascinated by the culinary magic of Indian cuisine. You will leave with a memory that will last a lifetime.
