Lots of improvement necessary to be given 5 stars

Being a new hotel, some of the rooms I guess have never been used. Mine was probably one of them. It was a bit stuffy and sleep was not very great.
The string hanger in the shower did not have the attachment on the other side.
The glass wall in the shower - though a good concept becomes foggy and you cannot watch the television. The speaker in the bathroom though is pretty good.
The TV channels - not what you would expect at the level.
No free Wifi
There was nothing in the bar fridge but was asked at check out if I had used it!!
The bar still does not have license.
One person supervises the gym, spa, swimming pool etc.
The security screening is very inconsistent and at times tiring and irritating - probably not even effective.
The breakfast was good but not the buffet dinner(tried only once).

very nice i meant decent five star hotel in cochin surely bit far from city but for family who really want to enjoy for pace then get for this five star property then surely i advice to stay at this place. owesome swiming pool and food is fentasticl services are fine, staff are very helpful.breakfast and diiner were owesome.

The hotel is a very good base for exploring Kochin. We used it at the beginning and end of our vacation in Kerala. Rooms are very good, clean and with excellent facilities. Service was quick and professional. Food was great, both in the buffet-style main restaurant and the in-house Italian restaurant. Only lacks an alcohol licence which I understand will be in place shortly. Within easy reach of the airport, it is also close to the old town tourist district. No hesitation to recommend to friends and would definitely use it again.

Excellent property - nice, clean rooms and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide-ranging spread of local and international options. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend.
