This was one of my best hotel stays ever......nice ambience......very welcoming staff......i like the way they personally escorted us to the room.....i stayed here for a couple of nights as part of my business trip......we had a meeting in the evening.........it was very well supported by the hotel staff.....the food was excellent......the rooms were nicely decorated.......fresh flowers and fruits were kept in the room everyday........the staff were very friendly and tried to fulfill our requests........finally, the way they handled the feedback given by us.......i had one issue with the airconditioner one night and i mentioned it in the feedback form.....normally no body will be bothered by the feedback given....but the lady who is attending us came to me immediatley and asked us what the exact problem was and promised us that it will be take ncare off.........forgot to mention about the roof top swimming pool they have......clean water and lot of privacy.........all in all it was an excellent stay.......i will definintely stay here again and recommend it to my friends......

It was my last night in India and Dream Hotel was quite comfortable, we could also get late ceck-out for free.
It is not centrally located that means 30 min at least to reach Fort Kochin.
Rooms are modern, large and very comfortable although we had to call back the reception to get the third bed late at night, while they said they would have put it by 2 pm.
Breakfast is good and the restaurant nice. They don't have wifi free but the business area has free access to their pc.

I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of my holiday. Room very comfortable - separate living and sleeping area and very spacious. The hotel is slightly removed from other places to eat & drink but this was not a problem. If you don't want to eat in the hotel or use the hotel bars, a short taxi or tuk tuk ride away are many other places. I had breakfast delivered to the room and it was very enjoyable. There is no charge for room service and prices very reasonable compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The rooftop bar is pleasant and cocktails very nicely done! For me, it was great to have access to the hotel gym which is adequately kitted out. I used the main restaurant just the once - food was okay but this is probably the area that, if I was picking holes, could maybe be improved on. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the staff are really friendly, helpful & accommodating. I would certainly have no hesitation in staying here when I visit next.

I made the comment that the carpet was stained, but not as a complaint, just as something for them to pay attention too. Without hesitation they upgraded me to a new room and moved all of my things for me. I didn't actually need to change rooms but was impressed with their diligence.

The breakfast was OK, not fabulous, but OK, not terrible either. Good selection but the coffee flavoured with cardamom needed more coffee in it. I would stay here again.

As is usual in India, a nice hotel can often be in an odd location, surrounded not by other 'nice' things but simply by 'India'.
