We have just returned from a 15 day trip to Kerala organised by Benny George at Musafir Tours. Although I was slightly worried about booking with an unknown company the reviews on Tripadvisor convinced me to go ahead. What a good decision!! From start to finish the trip was arranged professionally and efficiently, offering a range of hotel and activity options yet giving opportunities for us to individualise our holiday. Benny takes a real interest in ensuring everything goes well and kept in touch throughout the holiday through our driver's mobile phone to check all was well. He even saved us money by arranging an unbelievably good meal deal with a hotel we were to stay at for 5 nights. He takes customer satisfaction seriously and at the last minute he offered us a free upgrade to a wonderful hotel because he had heard a few poor reports of one of the hotels we were booked in. Our driver, Jijo, was a very helpful young man with real enthusiasm for his role. He even became our photographer, insisting on taking pictures of us both! Despite his limited English he did a super job of driving and passing on information. We can't fault Benny's organisation - it deserves the great reviews it has been given on Tripadvisor.

We chose ‘Musafir Tours’ for all the arrangement of our Kerala Trip based on past experience of our one of the friend with Musafir Tours. We have spent 7 days traveling from Cochin to Trivendrum. Mr. Benny George has planned our trip in an excellent way from picking up from the airport to the end. Hotel booked by Musafir was also excellent. Me and my hubby were fully satisfied with the service provided by ‘Musafir tours’
Further our driver Raigan was also too good, have safe driving, excellent English and always on time. If there was a delay from our side to start the journey but by his safe driving and speed he cover up the delayed time.
One night stay in Houseboat was also brilliant and food served on house boat was one of the best foods we had in our entire trip.

When God made Kerela ‘Gods own Country’, he made sure that he placed people like Mr Benny George his special envoy to operate Musafir Tours. He even made sure that he makes Mr Benny a humble human being. Musafir Tours is a very well organised tour operator, with Mr Benny on the forefront with tremendous professionalism and efficiency and made us feel like we were his personal guests. He is backed up by wonderful group of Drivers and office staff. We were blessed with Benfield (the Driver/Guide) who was very accommodating to all our needs. His lack of English did not bother us as he speaks Hindi very well and so do I. His driving always had our safety in mind and did take very good care of us. Hence, we treated him as our fellow traveller and made him feel as part of us. He took us to various restaurants and dining places which were not only reasonably clean but cheerfully cheap and good food as well. This cut my cost of food by nearly half to what I had estimated. In return, I treated him with having lunch and dinner with us occasionally. Thank you Benfield for everything you did for us.
Now let me say something more about Mr Benny and Musafir Tours. Readers might think why I am praising him so much. Well, he deserves it. Where would you find a tour operator who constantly keeps in touch with you asking you if you have any problems and if so would resolve it promptly? I have travelled at lots of places in the world but have not come across to anyone of his kind. He went out of his way to meet us despite his wife being hospitalised. He would contact us through the driver almost on daily basis asking us and the driver about our comforts and requirements. When I had an issue with one of the hotel rooms, he may have contacted them directly despite my insistence not to and in return I was given an upgrade. His competency in dealing with matters is nothing short of appreciation and praise. Keep up the standard Mr Benny.
