“My favourite place in Bangalore”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2009

The sight of the "garden" made me speechless. It was beautiful with an overdose of oxygen and the sight of colorful flowers, huge trees and vegetation.

Many of the trees were 100 years old. Had the opportunity to see a 200-million old tree fossil, quite impressive. The rose garden was superb.

The sight of waste and garbage was visible in some parts of the garden. That is the only drawback. Otherwise I would recommend people to visit.

Lalbagh Botanical Garden is one of the most beautiful garden iI have ever visited, the garden is very large and it will take 2-3 days to completely take the beauty of the garden. It is a good place to relax in the crowded Electronic City. There is a historical Glass House in the Garden. Overall I would say this is probably the best natural garden in India.
