Getting to this hotel is a little challenging- not it's fault- it's the messed up Bangalore traffic flow.
Once in- I really liked the lobby- it's pretty big, and creates a good impression. Check - in was very good- and the receptionist was kind enough to suggest a packed breakfast in the morning - since I was leaving around 5:30 am - before the buffet breakfast could be served.
Wi-fi internet though slow was complimentary -and not "first 30 minutes" etc.
Was there for only one night- had eaten before so did not sample anything- but the morning packed sandwiches were fresh- which meant they hadn't been kept overnight.
Efficient and courteous staff- on business trips would come again !

There restaurants serve delicious North Indian food. The Buffet spread is very tempting especially lot of variety of Deserts. Chefs are always ready to serve you the food even though its not on their menu. My family is frequently go to their restaurants and have stayed in hotel couple of times. Rooms are big and excellently maintained, room service is also good. A great place to stay whether on business or pleasure.

The hotel is in the heart of the city which is a big plus. Also another great plus of the hotel is that the food and buffet served are one of the betters I have seen. On the flip side, the rooms are just OK. For luxury I would definitely look at ITC Gardenia in the same city.

Located in Residency Road, at the heart of the Bangalore city, this 5 star hotel has an excellent location and is a great place to stay whether on business or pleasure or attending conferences. I mention conferences as it has an excellent conference facility. The banquets facilities are excellent. We have been holding the Comsnets conference here for the past 5 years and in all likelihood for many more years to come.

The rooms in the hotel are big, clean, well decorated and good ambiance. The staff are very hospitable and are always there for any help you may need.

Last but not the least the with all the above you dont feel the pinch in your wallet. You definitely get you monies worth here. In short...a value for money hotel.

I will keep coming back here for stay and for holding conferences.
