Centrally located in Bangalore, this 4 star hotel has all the amenities required by travellers who come to the city. The staff are very helpful, non intrusive and prompt in their services. Most importantly, they do not charge additional amounts for check in / check out at odd hours, depending upon the travel schedule of travellers. The restaurant also has decent food. Makes for a comfortable stay at a very good location.

One of those hotels, where some rooms have faulty showers that don't work, some rooms have faulty drains that don't drain so you can get unlucky. the rooms are big and the gym is okay. the food however is just about average. For a Bangalore hotel, one would think that a simple idli sambar would be done well but food isn't their forte. the location and the Wi-Fi are the best part. Wi-Fi is chargeable but very fast- big plus.

the hotels is a great lil place to stay in the heaty of the city... close to the main business places.. lil far from the airport but i guess it works ... good food great rooms and couteous people.. would love to return...

This hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and MG Rd. But it is old, outdated and in need of remodeling. Service is good but showers, beds, facilities can not compete with new hotels like the Zuri, etc.
