Nice hotel moderately priced. Good services and good south and north Indian food. The services could be improved with a little more training. Good Banquet facilities. Quite neat and clean But overall best thing was value for money.

we had a good experience staying here.the room was very spacious with great interiors and all necessary amenities.room service ,though great,was little slow.the pool side morning breakfast was a really wonderful experience.the gym is the best that can ever be.very near to mg road and brigade road.the staff were really courteous and very homely.

I have stayed at the Chancery twice now and both the times my experience has been quite good. The hotel is quite centrally located yet just off the busy streets hence not noisy. The quality of rooms is decent and the rooms and linen are quite clean although some aspects of the room and the bathroom like the fittings could do with an upgrade. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast offers a rather wide mix of mainly indian as well as continental spread and was very well prepared; can't say the same of lunch and dinner in the main restaurant though. Overall, for the price of the room the hotel definitely offers value for money.
