It was a very bad experience. The staff especially the reception at the time of check out was very rude. I had booked through Yatra & at the time of checkout even after producing the Yatra voucher i was asked to pay the room rent which i had already paid to Yatra.com at the time of booking. They kept on insisting that they have not recd any communication from Yatra which was not my fault. Rooms are good but i didn't like the behaviour. Will never stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nites, and with a multi-day discount, the rate was good. The room had all the accommodations necessary, although the bathroom could have used a little updating, it was clean and had a great shower. Breakfast buffet was included, including eggs/dosas, etc as you order them. The staff was very nice and helpful.

My second stay at Ramanashree. I had to attend a conference at ITC Gardenia which is $$$. My friend suggested Ramanashree since it is across the road and it worked out very well since I managed to avoid to the peak hour Bangalore traffic. The check in was smooth even though I arrived a 1 am (I was able to call and negotiate a good discount). Room was spacious with twin beds. Loo had all the toiletries one may require, the mini bar (partially stocked) was complimentary, bed & linen quality was good. Towels a bit thin and old but clean. Hotel has Legacy of Punjab and Kundla (Mangalorean cuisine). I ate a couple of times at Kundla - excellent food (you can order room service also). Staff was helpful. They have a small gym and left luggage facility. I was also given a free fruit platter and plate of cookies.

A budget hotel with great size rooms having all modern amenities. The rooms are clean and well maintained - looks like that the rooms are recently refurbished. The lobby is spacious and the staff at the counter are welcoming. The gym is functional. The restaurant (and they only have 2) are functional. The South Indian restaurant food can be better and the staff could be more hospitable. The view from the rooms are poor. Overall a good value for money place if you are in Bangalore for business.
