Picture the traffic in Bengaluru and the loong business trip meetings, then picture yourself relaxing in the comfort of your room with a fantastic garden to relax and unwind.

Taj West End is not a high rise hotel, cluster of 2-storey buildings are tucked in gardens and pathways. Having a ground floor room was terrific! I was able to enjoy reading the newspaper in the relaxing morning.

The room are adequate, Though I was not able to see an elephant in my trip to India, the staff created a white elephant from towels.

The staff are awesome and the restaurants are great!

The hotel grounds were very beautiful , the rooms need a little a bit of updating, the gym and half the spa was under construction,
Over all the location was great and the service was good.

I stayed for 2 nights before i flew to mumbai.The hotel is very well located with the race course a stone throw away.The thai restaurant was worth trying and not to forget the breakfast was great.The rooms were pure luxury with lot of greenery around.

The Taj West End is a garden of serenity in city of Bangalore. The property is spacious so be prepared to walk to your room which in my case was situated in a 2 story section where my room was on the first level. I had a private landing complete with chairs and water feature. The room was nice but the ceilings were a bit low for my taste, while my companions had vaulted ceilings. The selection of restaurants and bars was nice but you need to understand that they are spread around the property a bit so look beyond the reception area. Lush foilage surrounds you a you walk the grounds to your room. The service was good but not what I would call exceptional. I arranged for a car to pick me up the next morning only to find that it hadn't been arranged at all. The problem was quickly solved. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definately stay again the next time I travel to Bangalore.
