Horrible!!!!
The hotel is very far from the airport and the central downtown core (around 45 minutes to an hour - depending on traffic). The bathroom shower consisted of a shower curtain that basically turned the entire room into a shower. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the comforter/blanket looked like it hadn't been washed in decades. The towels looked pretty much the same and felt like sandpaper.
The rooms have no safety deposit boxes. The noises from the street can be heard very loudly which is pretty crappy when traffic starts up at around 5:30 am.
There is a travel office downstairs across from the reception/check in desk run by a man that is pushy and basically tries to rip you off with pretty high rates (especially if he sees that you are a Westerner) and demands payment up front. (Do not do it! If you use their services, make sure you pay after the trip) He's also not the one that drives the car - he has someone else do it. In our case, our driver drove like a bat out of hell and ended up getting a speeding ticket to boot!
The bell boys are incredibly sweet and very polite even if they don't speak very much English.
The attached restaurant offers a complementary morning breakfast - stick to toast and fruit.
