“They helped me celebrate Valentine's day”

I stayed in the hotel from 11-14 Feb and it was a really good experience. Everything went really well from the moment we checked in. I had asked for rooms facing the race course and I got them. The manager Mr Sameer was really very helpful and he upgraded our room to club suite for free because of non availability of 2 rooms on same floor .the view from the rooms was amazing especially when u see the horses on the race course. Was really impressed with their hospitality. And my sincere thanks to Mr sameer who helped me plan a surprise for my valentine by arranging a special cake and bouquet. Everything in the hotel was upto standards. The only problem I had was that they took a lot of time during checkout the lady on the reception got confused. Rest everything was fine

“Good place to stay”

I had a business conference at this hotel.. Good ambience.. good rooms and banquets.. and good food..
I should say this place was worth to stay.. and Good value for money

“A propert with Fortune but not worth”

I stayed in this hotel due to a meeting arranged by an organization and the accomodation was by them. I will never step in to this property. The property is located under a bridge and too risky to enter. I have stayed in many Fortune properties but never seen such one.

Room Tip: If you have ever stayed in good hotels and enjoy good service then never stay in this property

“Sweet hotel”

Facilities and services are very nice. no in-convince will be caused for us.bussiness persons and families visiting Bangalore is nice hotel to stay and it is 2 KM from rail and bus stand and house keeping persons are so nice and service provided is good. thank Fortune Park

“OK for a business place to stay”

Business hotel of equal standard to any western european run-of-the-mill hotel

First floor Mexican themed bar seems a bit odd (to my western ideas) but the food and beer was ok. Second night an indian collegue joined me and teh fod he ordered was much better - not sure what he said to them!

The Hotel resaurant's evening buffet provided a fairly wide range of dishes.

Room Tip: I only saw mine! There is an elevated road right outside and real close to the hotel so maybe avoid...
