Good location, Residency Road or Lal Chowk as its popularly known. Less than 2kms from the scenic Dal Lake, & very accessible from the Srinagar Airport. (About 12kms from the airport & 400INR for a pre-paid taxi).
The hotel is actually part of a small mall, occupying the 3rd & 4th floors with small shops & bank branches occupying the lower floors. The rooms were pretty small & dimly lit, furnishing decent. The rooms come with a portable heater, which takes a lot of time to heat up the room. Hot water was available only on request. (I was pretty irked by this)
The guest service provided by the hotel was excellent, the support staff of the hotel is great.
The complimentary breakfast provided in your rooms is simple but outstanding.

“JUST GORGEOUS”
The location is just perfect.From one side you can see the river and on the other side is the market.This hotel is in a mall.So shopping is not a problem.It is right in the market area.Good ambience,good service and good food.Nice spacious and big room and 2 double beds,just fit to fit the whole family.

“Centrally Located”
Located in the heart of Srinagar, near Lal Chowk, the hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. The lower 2 stories contain a mall, while the upper 3 stories constitute the hotel. The food is reasonably good, but service very slow and poor. Parking is a major problem during peak hours.

The hotel is highly priced,for its facilities.Dinky blue lights and a pungent smell await you once you enter the hotel.If you are willing to shell out anything above 3.5 k dont ever choose this hotel.
The only good point is that the staff and the owner are very courteous and friendly.But the hotel fails to meet your expectations.
