Great hotel , with helpful staff and great rooms and very good food.
i stayed there for two nights staff was really helpful and rooms and warm and clean , hygiene is superb . would like to come again.

This was our first stay at hotel during our honeymoon and I and my wife were much tensed about the hotel’s quality since the hotel was situated amidst a crowded area. But as soon as we checked in, all the worries were gone.
The hotel has got superbly well maintained rooms and hotel’s locality is icing on the cake. Rooms are big for the amount charged and the food is comparable to any north Indian Restaurant [Yes you read it right]. The Hotel also offered us a candle light dinner!
The hotel offers an excellent view in the backside where you can actually check shikara’s.
All the normal facilities of luxury hotel are provided, viz restaurant, hot water, heated bed and there’s a three storey market in case you want to shop.
Perfect if you are on honeymoon!

in 0-4 degree cold no 24 hours hot water service, heater also working up to 10.30 pm & is of no use no result getting after 5 hours also, restaurent staff very BAD, they mint tourist are full who are comming there, no commitment they fullfilling, restaurent staff very bad, they take order & give different food.

Hotel is at the prime location. Although my first impression about the hotel was not positive as it is situated in a mall on 3rd floor onward. But when i searched popular hotels around srinagar this i found the perfect one. Rooms are big and well maintained......once u get into the room u feel good and forgets its in a mall. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Tariff is little bit on high side.
