Even thou, it had snowfall in the morning, our flight got landed in Srinagar ( 2 hours late) and we drove to Heevan Resort at Srinagar. Very cozy place and the reception was too good. Due to bad weather the entire Srinagar was without power - but the hotel staff managed with gen set and Gas heaters and gave value for our money. The staff was too good and they even upgraded the room to suite, since there was no proper electricity due to power failure in the city. Food - breakfast and dinner was extremely good

Stayed in this hotel in 2nd week of Nov-11, and we were just stunned by seeing such a descent property at Srinagar. Providing all the requisite facilities , services and especially Central Heating facility. Staff always right on their toes to provide statisfactory servcies to guests.

Location ideal for the tourist being away from the market hassle and one can feel like “Heaven”

We also stayed in their other properties at Hotel Heevan Retreat Gulmarg, Hotel Senator Pine n Peak Pahalgam during our trip to Kashmir.

We were provided services up to the mark , will surely visit again in future and will recommend all my friends to visit these hotels.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights...great location, close to everything and every one at the hotel is super nice! Would definitely stay here again! SAM.
