“My recent stay at hotel Brown Palace”

We really enjoyed our recent stay ( October -2011 ) in Hotel Brown Palace with my family, The location, ambience, and the environment of the hotel is really appreciable. The staff are very helpful and friendly and is always at best of their service. Food Quality is excellent and price is also reasonable. Though the room and toilet are clean but need little up gradation.
The only difficulty I faced is that the hotel is not having system for credit card payment. though the owner, Mr. Imitiyaz, who is really a good gentleman have promised me to upgrade the payment system very shortly.

I can always recommend this hotel without any prejudice

“Good Hotel by the lake”

Clean, friendly, good service and food and well priced. This is an oasis in the midst of the boulevard. It has a lovely garden and mountain views, yet it is only a few steps from the lake. Rooms are large and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and kind.

“My first trip to kashmir”

i was in 11 year old when i went to kashmir for the first time with my family.....as my father was a govt employee he had been alloted this hotel by the govt of j&k. i went there for 20 days to spend my summer vaccations . the experience is unforgettable and most memorable. there are a lot of memories attached with this hotel. the management is good. The location of the hotel is very good,very near to the dal,i liked it so much. it was just a nice experience of staying in Brown palace.
