The Hotel is ok not very classy as shown on the net.
There is no resturant , no shopping centre inside the Hotel as shown in the site.
Quite disappointing.Hotel staff is good but room service is really late
the Front desk lady is very co-operative but other male staff need to really be more co-operative .
Infact Basera hotel is of the same grade and is next bldg is better as I have stayed in both can compare.
The staff of basera is very friendly and helpful infact goes out of the way to support you.

Katra continental is a nice and clean hotel, located about 200 meters from the main market area. About the hotel, staff is cooperative and hotel in itself is well maintained.

Restaurant is fine, food is of good taste, only one complaint that I have is regarding the room service, they take a lot of time for it, be ready for atleast an hour after you have ordered. At one instant it took them almost 1hour and 35 mins to get my food. I had already fallen asleep waiting for the food.

It was not an excellent choice but it was the best choice for our requirement,
The food was good and the service was excellent.They made customised food for my little children.I really appreciated that.

all in all a very happy stay at this place

Hotel ls very nice. Situated in holy place. Service, food, hospitality is awesume. rooms are very airy and comfortable. Very clean rooms in this hotel. Me and my family have a wonderful stay in this hotel.
