This hotel just happened since booked hotel had some problems in reservation. So we were given a room here, and to my surprise it was afar better deal than the one we booked. Large awesome rooms, the hotel car dropped and picked us up from the place of start of climb on the way to Bhawan. The location of hotel is very close to the main market. Highly recommended.

Superb service, Good food and very clean rooms. We did not have a single complaint suring our stay.
At the start of katra, very calm place. they make all the arrangments for your visit to devi ma temple.
All in all good experience.

Around half a km from the main market, the hotel's location is good as it is away from the noisy and crowded part of this small town. Although it is ranked no. 1 at TA, Katra being a small town does not have too many better choices and therefore, in case you do land up at this hotel like us, keep your expectations to bare minimum.

The service standards are low and the staff response is poor. The haggard rooms require renovation and upgradation.

Given the fact that everyone, including us, typically stay at Katra to recover from a tiring trek, the hotel had the basics- a comfortable bed, a hot shower and was close to the local market.
