Views from room are awesome, but hotel is quite a way up the hill. Not very convenient location unless you have a car at your disposal.

WiFi in lobby only was expensive (150 Rupees/hr) and didn't work most of the time.

Rooms are average.

I went to Manali in the first week of Aug with my wife, we stayed in Snow Crest Manor for 4 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is total value for money, hotel staff is extremely courteous, warm and friendly. The view of window of Rohtang valley and Himalayas is just breathtaking. Rooms are very comfortable and equipped with all the amenities. The best part of the hotel was food, some of the vegetarian dishes prepared by the chef were yummy.

The area around the hotel is also good surrounded by some really nice hotels like Casa Bella Vista (this Spanish lounge serves mouth watering pizza made in wooden oven). I strongly.

While checking in at this hotel I was a bit apprehensive of the kind of stay I will have . However I was extremely surprised with the kind of property they have, the location and the kind of service they provide.

It was an incredible stay at this hotel and I strongly recommend people to choose this hotel for their stay.

They can do a bit to improve upon their lawn / garden maintenance. This was my 5th visit to this place and each time I had stayed in 5 star rated hotels here. However I would rate this hotel as 4.5 / 5 for their service and food quality. I rate their services over and above some well known 5 star hotels here.

the hotel is very nicely located, with most of the good restaurants around. the rooms are spacious and cozy. the bathrooms were also clean n tidy. the bed spreads n towels were very clean. the dinner n breakfast were good with a nice spread. the view from the windows is beautiful.
