The service was very good.
Our room was always clean and had TV, fridge, hot/cold water, microwave oven, kettle, air conditioner, balcony. The staff was friendly and useful.
The guest house chef was good, he was cooking very nice homemade Indian food, but not very spicy and hot, so even our 5 years old daughter could eat it.
The guest house is in Gurgaon, that's about 30 min driving from Delhi. The location is not bad at all, coz Delhi is very crowded and loud. So it is better to stay out of the big city.
We were taking a taxi every day. It was organized by Crystal. The taxi wasn't expensive - about 20$ for a whole day (8 hours, 80 km). When used more, we payed extra, but it wasn't much. While we were going for excursions or shopping, taxi driver was waiting for us nearby, we could even leave our things in the car, and that was very convinient.
The owner of Crystal guest house, Mr. Pankaj, and his wife are very friendly and helpful people. They recommended the most beautiful places to visit, organized sightseeings and trip to Agra and Jaipur. And even helped us with our travel to Goa.
Gurgaon is a GREAT place to shop, it has many good malls.
And Crystal Guest House is GREAT place to stay!!!
