As soon we enterd the hotel gate we didnt think or like to enter it as no such premise or ameints in the reciption which make us fell better. So thankgod me had no saty over there with couple and prefeered gateway and tgb only. So sorry my friend related to yuvraj me soory to saytruth.

Hi, I stayed here for one night in September. Hotel is very close to Railway station, at a walking distance of about 300 meters. I booked room through their web site and got a special offer with discount. The room charges for me came to Rs. 2019/- all inclusive. Room and toilet were small in size but well equipped. There was flat TV, free internet connection, tea coffe maker, complimentary water bottles, mini fridge. Bed was small but comfortable. The toilet accessories in toilet were plenty and the towels were clean, fresh and white. Airconditioner was noiseless and of good quality. Staff was polite and service was good. They havea restaurant at ground floor where Gujarati thali is served for lunch and dinner for just Rs 135/-. I liked the thali as it was sumptuous and tasty. Break fast was complimentary and of very good quality (but all vegeterian). Everything about this hotel was right except that I found the room and toilet size to be smaller which gave me a cramped feeling. The area surrounding this hotel is congested and not very tidy. But the hotel inside is very good. Overall it was a satisfying experience for me. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Surat.

the best way is to book thru the Best Western Web site you get great deals . The rooms are very comfortable and nice

Surat..rated in Jul'11 as fourth fastest growing city in India..!! But if you try finding good hotel with good food & clean rooms with comfort for overnight business trip-this is my best pick.
They have renovated rooms and they are clean enough for at least over night or 2 day stay!!
Oh..they offer real good breakfast quality. And for lunch/dinner you get variety of food!!
More over it close to Railway Station & they provide good arrangement for car service.
What else you want in the middle of city with no sense of good hotels.!!
