We have booked your hotel for check in on 08/01/11 and check out on 12/01/11 through MAKE MY TRIP online agent.
Firstly, no booking in the system at all and i need to wait for 15 minutes for your staff to trace my booking.
Finally, they give me the room key to me which i can't remember the room number.
The room was very horrible. I have never seen such a dirty room ever in my experience travelling around the world.
When i enter the room, i found a lot of hair on the floor, on bed, on the table and dust is everywhere.
There was a stain on the bed sheet. The worst part is, your toilet. The entire toilet looks like a public toilet in a train station.
The toilet bowl, the surronded wall and hand basin was not only dirty but also yellowish in colour.
This is not acceptable at all. There is no value for money which i have paid for such a horrible room.
The entire floor was very smelly including the room because there was a big bulk of rubbish at the
corridor with flies around which was not cleared for few days i thinkand the flies was everywhere.
Oh my God! I forget to tell you about the lift condition. I feel so amused even to press the floor button and the hand grip was so sticky and dusty.
Since i have paid through MAKE MY TRIP online agent, my friend convinced me to stay here atleast for one night to avoid the amendment charges.
So, i agreed to stay in your hotel and we asked for room service menu to order our dinner. We were very shocked and our dinner mood
and the appetite just gone in a second when we flip your room service booklet. My goodness! It was very oily and the pages was sticky.
I cant imagine how is your kitchen then!!! This really boiled my blood up and we decided to get out from the hotel immediately.
But the reception decided to show some other rooms under the same room type. We followed the bellman who showed us few rooms but it is all the same condition.
It is not better, but worst and i feel amused even to stand and walk around your floors! The bellman show me the highest category room which we need to pay additional.
I told then that i'm ok for it as long as the room is clean, no dust, no stain, no ants, no flies and satisfactory. They bring me to your highest room category.
Do you know what happened in this room? Upon entering the room, there is a light bulb which is out from the socket and pendulousing from the ceiling.
Even, i can touch the bulb easily and it is just on top of my head. I thought that this hotel only have problem with cleaniness but the safety is also OUT!
The photos published in your website is not genuine with your real hotel room.
Without wasting my time, i get out from the hotel immediately and call MAKE MY TRIP staff to cancel the booking.
But unfortunately, the staff told me that we need to pay for one night due to the cancellation policy.
I dont mind paying the cancellation charges if the room is 'OK' but your room is more than ''WORST''. There is no words to describe how terrible it was!
Is it fair for me to pay this one night cancellation fee???
