We went to this place on 31st Dec to celebrate the new year. The celebration actually turned out a bad experience due to the service levels of the staff.
First of all there was no one to even help in parking the vehicle which had to ve finally parked on road.
After reaching the reception, there was a couple fighting with the reception people and thus we had to wait for 10 mins to just ask them regarding our booking. The shock came when finally we went to our booked room, despite clearly telling that we wanted the room for family, 2 single beds were given. It was a shocker and after many hassles had to pay upgrade fee to get a good room which was ok
The service was very poor and the staff specially at reception was very bad behaving with no courtesy for the guests
Good parts - The person at corp booking office, he helped a lot when we were stuck at the hotel to find a double bed room. The food was pretty good and service of the room service staff was awesome. Roo too was nice
But the first impression actually spoiled the mood
