Hi guys, this is Mihir here from Magnus tours and travels, we have worked with many hotels in ahmedabad and just now we have forwarded one of our foreign tourist to Comfort Inn president, and as name says , guest had great comfort with the hotel. A guest who is used to stay in 5 star, wanted to stay in some good decent 3 star hotel and guest has very much appreciated the hotel...food is excellent and management and staff is also very polite...

Can't believe of having alcohol in a dry state of gujarat officially.. Yes guys u read it right OFFICIALLY.. This hotel has a govt. authorized liquor store.. Where u can get a license issued on the spot with a govt I'd proof of any other state other than Gujarat and ur travel ticket.. Other than this the hotel is nice neat and clean.. has a grand lobby.. A very good restaurant, zaffran which is newly made serves good food with good ambience.. Nice rooms.. Xcellent location.. Over all a good package hotel.. Would luv to come back to this hotel...

Pretty decent experience of staying. Comfortable rooms. Clean and working toilet. Restaurant food is quite good.

Being centrally located (off CG road), this hotel has a location advantage. The room size was appropriate and was clean. But the hotel falls short on multiple service aspects. Certain basic expected things were also not ensured to be kept in place. Even the drinking water in the room was not refilled at the time of check-in or regularly (once a day) during the stay. I had to call up room service everyday to ask them to refill. The hotel's website boasts of a fitness centre. The fitness centre had a threadmill and an exercise bike, but apart from which there was hardly any space for more than one person to do any exercise. Both the threadmill and an exercise bike were not in a functioning condition during both the days I stayed there. When asked about it the manager was totally apathetic. The restaurant had a good variety of food. Though the taste of items was good, the service again was pathetic. A small cockroach was spotted on the table during the dinner. When the manager was told about it, he did not even try to apologise. Overall, I would not advise this place except it is for just one night stay and if location is closer.
