We were travelling across the southwest with our puppy and feeling leery of pet-friendly options along the route after one awful experience in Pecos, TX. This place was great! The pet fee was minimal and they were very welcoming. There's a safe fenced-in courtyard for walking the dog and lots of room for her crate in our room. The front desk staff on both shifts were friendly, intelligent, professional, and helpful. They are both great ambassadors for your hotel! Our room was spacious & clean, breakfast was generous in quantity and had some variety, and the whole experience was very positive, not something we always expect when we're stopping along the route. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass through! And if you are travelling with a dog, nearby White Sands National Monument allows dogs and it's a puppy paradise!

I read some bad reviews before I got there. I had the feeling that the staff really tried to make up for previous mistakes. The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was in good shape and clean and while being on a roadtrip in various 2-star-hotels for about six weeks, this was the hotel with the best healthy breakfast (lots of yogurt and fruit).

My wife and I were making a commute up to Denver that day, but realized we needed to sleep before the 10 hour drive. We stopped in at the Americas Best Value Inn and spoke with Denise, the front desk employee. We shared with her we were looking for a comfy rest and had a long road trip.

Denise didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs. She found the best available bed in the hotel (KING SIZE AND COMFORTABLE) and made sure we had a wake up call so we could jump back on the road.

Before we left, Denise offered us small things like fruit and water for our trip. I travel all of the time and not once has a hotel offered or cared enough to make sure we had what we needed after we left the hotel.

I will remember this experience forever. Thank you Denise for making our stay invaluable at the Best Value Inn.

Nice quiet motel! Very friendly staff, definatly will be returning.
