My partner and I stayed at the Days Inn in Alamogordo and were very pleased. The people were very nice and very helpful. There are some negative reviews here but maybe they have changed since then. We really liked it there and will be going back with our kids next summer. We didnt see a single roach and there was no trash. The crew was constantly working to keep the place nice. They even let me store my wheelchair in the supply room after we left so my friend could come and get it later. We highly recommend this motel.

We were charged twice on our credit card for a room. When we tried to say something about it, the manager Sanjay Patel told us that it wasn't his fault and started going into a rage before his wife calmed him down. He finally agreed to refund our card one of the amounts. Time will tell in a few days as to if he refunded it or not. We've had to make 2 trips to see him.
As far as the room was concerned, the bathroom had stringy looking hairs all over the tub and sink. The room was dirty and the manager is a crooked and hateful person.
I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

We stayed in a king room. It was nice to have a couch and chair to sit on when visiting with friends.
The owner was friendly. We stopped by late the night before, as we were looking to change hotels. He took us to look at a room and showed us around the place - without hesitation. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable with about 5 pillows on it. The shower had great pressure. The towels were clean and fresh. The AC kept the room cool, and it was 100+ the entire time we were there.
When we got up in the morning the staff was at the pool scrubbing the deck and cleaning the parking lot. The breakfast was standard quick stuff - bread, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee - nothing fancy but it sufficed. If you need more there is a Denny's and a Pancake place across the street. There is a Chinese place right across the street as well. Chili's is within walking distance as is Taco Bell.

This was a terrible stay. Saw a roach in our room. Trash was floating in the pool. You can do much better in this area.
