We stayed in a king room. It was nice to have a couch and chair to sit on when visiting with friends.
The owner was friendly. We stopped by late the night before, as we were looking to change hotels. He took us to look at a room and showed us around the place - without hesitation. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable with about 5 pillows on it. The shower had great pressure. The towels were clean and fresh. The AC kept the room cool, and it was 100+ the entire time we were there.
When we got up in the morning the staff was at the pool scrubbing the deck and cleaning the parking lot. The breakfast was standard quick stuff - bread, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee - nothing fancy but it sufficed. If you need more there is a Denny's and a Pancake place across the street. There is a Chinese place right across the street as well. Chili's is within walking distance as is Taco Bell.

This was a terrible stay. Saw a roach in our room. Trash was floating in the pool. You can do much better in this area.

This property was recommended in the Fodor's for New Mexico. The minute we drove up, I knew it was a mistake to stay there but we had already pre-paid for 2 non-smoking rooms. The assigned rooms were one smoking, one non-smoking and it was stinky and dirty. The tub did not drain, the air did not work properly, the fridge did not work, and neither did the TV. The receptionist offered to have the problems fixed within a day or so, but we left the next day. The entire experience was just horrible.

Hair on the pillows, hair in the sheets. Had to change own sheets, and they had stains on them. Had to change rooms twice because of faulty locks. Stay at Motel 6 if you want a cheap, clean stay.
