I have the misfortune of staying in this hotel.

For any service you want they have an answer "Sorry not available" Basic things like Ice is not available in room service even at a charge.. The complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark with the only choices available: Omelette and Puri Bhaji and the staff there are absolutely rude and on top of that they expect tips for every service they give like even getting the water jug refilled.

Only Location is Prime near Railway Station on the Main Frazer Road, so easily accessible. The Bed Linen are clean.

There is no view as it is in central location

All in all very non cooperative staff.

The hotel is situated near the Railway Station and extremely convenient for communication. The rooms are quite large but poorly maintained. The carpets are worn and some times dirty. Service average. Food is extremely rich but there are a lot of options of eating out in the vicinity, in fact all within walking distance. Slightly over priced.

Hotel is situated in main road in good location near station,patlitutra mall,banks and main mark.N P center and shops on Frazer road and dakbangla chawraha..9 to 9 shop,yo china etc.Hotel is facing Parking problems..less space for parking!!!,Rooms are average and services of hotel is good but not compare with star hotels.Food quality is good
top roof garden is attraction and its good.
If you are shopping freaks and like hotel in good place near major Markets and not so expensive one than you can choose this hotel without any doubt!!
