The hotel seems to bask in the glory of the groups popularity. We were there with a group as recently as 28 & 29Dec 2011. The sales manager posted at Kolkata is inadequately informed about the product being sold. He needs a thorough brushing. He is more adept at misleading the guests and does not bother to even receive calls while the guests find themselves in a piquant situation at the hotel. The F& B Manager & the Chef do not seem to have enough knowledge about their subject. Strange for a hotel of this repute. Menu planning was very poor. Food except breakfast was very average.
Front Office led by Mr Kalyan is very efficient. Housekeeping and the bell desk deserve appreciation. F& B was very poor. But the permanent Stewards & Captains knew their job.
The senior management needs to give a serious thought about the Sales Manager at
Kolkata as well as the F & B Manager & the Chef to keep the rating of the property at the deserved level.

I do not have words to describe the Hotel.The Hotel excels in all the things food,room service,location,room service etc.Although the charges are high but the Rooms are good.The Breakfast is excellent,nice decorations etc.The Location is very nice with the swimming pool and spa for all the customers.The Bar and restaurant on the top floor is very good and does not make you feel lonely when you are alone.

Centrally located, well maintained a Ramoji Rao Group Hotel (of Famous Ramoji Film City). Rooms are Decent, Cosy, Resurant/Bar/Room Service available. Swimming Pool and Gym. also available. The 7th Floor Multicuisine Resurant has a live music show in the evenings. Room Tariffs range from Rs.3200/- to Rs.6000/- with both Single/Double Ccommodation type. The hotel is Wi-Fi enabled, rooms are having comlimentary Tea/Coffee maker and Brekfast at Coffee house is also complimentary. Complimentary Fruits are given for premium rooms and above. Complimentary Airport Drop/ Pickup facility available on request.

This is an excellent comfortable hotel, priced reasonably. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and is very adequate. The food is not always replenished immediately. By and large, the food is rather good. Wi-fi is included in the room rate, and the internet service is excellent. The service, including the front desk, is rather excellent.
