The hotel is best suit for stay as it is in the heart of city,on a busy road like King Koti road.
It has a restaurent for dinning & tifins.Very old hotel group in the city and has a safe & good location for family also.near to cinema hall, shopping centres and Nampally Station.The staff is good & polite but not groomed as per the modern hotel industry.Pure business class hotel and in budget with A/c , hot water, T.V.& a room service.

We stayed at this hotel in a double deluxe room with A/C from November 25 - 27, 2010. The room and bathroom were both very clean and bright. The breakfast was good and so was the service. The hotel even made arrangements for booking a full day cab and sightseeing trips. Their service was excellent. All the staff including the Manager, Michael were very nice and hospitable. It is good place to stay whether you are on business or leisure. We would love to stay at this hotel again.

Had been to Hyderabad with my family for a wedding reception. The people over there booked this hotel recommending to be the best for Vegetarian traveler with family to stay.
The hotel is in very sad state with all departments needing extreme change over. The cleanliness needs to improve a lot, you can have a 3 star hotel situated right in front of a big pile of garbage. The rooms are not clean and spacey, no air and if you open the windows a stale smell comes in, the housekeeping is very slow and most of them only speak telugu and do not even understand Hindi / English.

I am very disappointed with the hotel and do not recommend for family.

Caution - many of the reviews written portray this property in a far too positive light and I have to wonder if they were written by the hotel management themselves. This hotel is actually located in Secunderabad (not Hyderabad - but in its neighboring sister city) and is not located near to any of the major sites. It is in an older, run down area and you'd find it impossible to believe that you are in the hi-tech capital of India. It is a long ways from the new Rajiv Ghandi airport (about an hour drive in good traffic - which isn't often). Not many choices in this area for eating or other activities - particularly for westerners.

The hotel itself is suitable for basic very budget or backpacker travel - and only if the location is not an issue. It is an older property without much evidence of upgrades over the years.

I can say that the management was very accommodating to our group and did provide very good customer service. Meals in the restaurant were fine and rooms were clean enough. Public access computer terminal available in the lobby. From a North American perspective, this would only rate a 1 star, but is more like a 2 star from an India comparison.

Decent, clean, very budget accommodations, but check the area carefully in terms of what your expectations about accessing the major sites in Hyderabad might be. If you are here to see and get around Hyderabad, then this is not the location for you. I would suggest you find something in more central areas like Banjara Hills or Jubilee Hills where you will have central access to sites, shopping, restaurants and modern conveniences.
