It was a real pleasure staying at Belsons Taj when i went for a short visit at Hyderabad in February last. Courteous staff, quickness of service, affordable rents, excellent cuisine, lush interior, cozy beds all made the stay very comfortable which left me with a feeling of not to leave the hotel when i actually left it. It was a wonderful two day stay at the Belsons made me feel at home. The CCTV and Wifi are an added attraction from the last time that i stayed at this hotel.

We have stayed here during a marriage ceremony. i found this hotel very cost effective. This hotel organised our friend marriage ceremony very nicely at a loww budget.
Food they serve was allmost any five star hotel standard.
Rooms are also good but the only negative about this hotel is toilet which was not upto standard.

i booked this hotel becoz of the Brand Taj in the Name and the location of the hotel since it is nearby to Railway Station and Business Centres. This is a old hotel and they have very bad rooms.Services are satisfactory. Complimentary Breakfast was also good. Allowed to checkout late for 2 hours without asking any questions.

This Hotel is Pathetic..
1)Location look like SLUM.
2)No Good eat Out place nearby Hotel.
3)Lots of Wine Shop in & around Hotel where enjoying alcohol outside the wine shops & run with police alarm (i have personally notice it)

I reached Hyderabad Airport at 10.00pm I have in advanced informed Hotel travel desk to arranged a cab for me, for which they charged me 750+150Parking in fact any DOT CAB in Hyderabad drop you Airport for 450rs.

As I reached hotel at 11.00pm I had a smooth check in but Room I have booked from travel site was Deluxe but I was given Executive Room when I asked a waiter as the room does not look like a deluxe one, then I have been taken to Deluxe room.

The Room was pleasant & clean so as Bathroom & comfortable too then I asked for Dinner I have informed that Kitchen is closed, I asked for any kind of Snacks on which they replied that Hotel manager has locked the storeroom.
That was the night when I explored the place at Night looking for food, I observed the things which written above.

Why I call Hotel staff as Heartless people?
As the Hotel follows the checkout policy of 24Hrs, My checkout Time was 11pm but my flight was at 6.00am in morning, I asked extension of 3hrs as I was travelling with infant of 1year, hotel staff demanded me Half of room rate & exactly at 11.00 I got call from reception to vacant the room despite of fact that most of the hotel was empty & was not agreed to give me a chair at reception as then entire work force sleep in the lobby are of reception.

The best part of Hotel is clean & comfortable rooms rest all is a bad dream.
